WHAT KIND AND CARING PEOPLE!
I recently had the unfortunate experience of being incarcerated in the Stan. Co. Public Safety Center on a holiday. Not being a regular 'customer' of this type facility, I did not even know how to use the phone! The only call I was able to get out was to Bad Moon Bail Bonds. What luck for me! My original contact was John. He was very kind, understanding and reassuring. Even though it was Father's Day and he was with his family, he was patient and supportive, reassuring me in every one of my frantic calls. His service was excellent and very quick! I also had the pleasure of speaking to Janine on a call to the office for information and found the owner, Fred, to be very knowledgable and very willing to share his knowledge and offer to answer any and all questions I had. Again, I was reassured and the weight of the world lifted off my shoulders. Bad Moon Bonds are very easy to work with, very helpful and appreciate their customers and treat them with respect and dignity. I would recommend their services to anyone.
